Lab Flow is management software for analogue photo labs. It follows each order from the moment a customer drops off a roll at the counter until they download their scans, and it also runs the repair bench, the online shop, the quotes that need a signature and the invoicing.

A day in the lab

These screenshots come from the demo, with a made-up lab. They are the same screens you would use in yours. The app itself is in Spanish for now.

    Your own galleries, with your brand

    Scans are delivered from your own server, with your logo and your colour. Customers never go through WeTransfer or Google Drive, they see nobody else’s ads, and the link stays open for as long as you decide.

    • A page for their photos. They follow the order step by step and, once it is ready, browse the gallery and download everything in full resolution with one button, roll by roll or all at once.
    • You decide how long it lasts. Set the expiry date and a reminder goes out before it closes. You can see when they first open it and what they download.
    • Everything carries your name. “We’ve received your rolls”, “your photos are ready”, quotes, invoices and 80 mm receipts all go out with your logo. Your customers never see Lab Flow.

    Signatures for the delicate jobs

    Super 8 reels from the seventies, a roll that expired in 1998, a camera someone inherited. Before you touch anything, the customer reads the terms and signs with a finger on their phone.

    • Ready-made templates for Super 8, old or expired film and repairs, which you can rewrite as you like.
    • Repair quotes are approved with a signature, so nobody opens a camera without a written yes.
    • It records who signed, when and from where, with a fingerprint that ties the signature to the exact text they accepted.
    • A signed PDF for the customer and for you, in one click.

    The screen faces the customer

    In the shop, the computer is in plain view. Counter mode hides invoicing, reports, settings and the full customer list, while you can still take orders, charge and hand over.

    Getting everything back takes a 6-digit PIN. The server locks those parts too, so typing an address by hand won’t open them either.

    It connects to what you already use

    You start with the customers and the shop you already have, without retyping anything.

    Your online shop

    Every WooCommerce or Shopify order lands on its own in the Web orders tab, with the customer, the products, the address and whether it has been paid. Etsy or Instagram orders can be added by hand in the same place.

    PrestaShop through a webhook module or the API

    Your existing customers

    Import your contacts from Holded through its API, or a CSV from PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify or an Excel sheet. It recognises the columns and fills in the customers you already have without duplicating them.

    Keys you create and revoke from Settings, so other tools such as Zapier, Make or your website can create orders and customers or check where an order is.

    Shipping

    Print the packing slip, pack the parcel and enter the carrier and tracking number. The customer gets an email with it and can also see it on their order page.
